Terms and Conditions – Ace Golf Travel
1. Contract Formation
A travel contract between the customer and Ace Golf Travel is concluded once the booking has been confirmed in writing (email confirmation) by Ace Golf Travel.
By completing a payment, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, the following payment conditions apply:
A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival dat
Ace Golf Travel reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received by the agreed due date.
3. Credit Card Payments
When payment is made by credit card, the cardholder confirms that:
they are the authorized holder of the credit card used for the transaction
the payment is made for confirmed travel services
the transaction has been authorized by the cardholder
The customer agrees to contact Ace Golf Travel directly in the event of any issue or dispute before initiating a credit card chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks for services that have been delivered or are contractually due may result in additional administrative and recovery costs.
4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@acegolftravel.com. The effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which the written notice is received.
The following cancellation charges apply, calculated as a percentage of the total booking amount:
Up to 70 days prior to arrival: 20%
69 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50%
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100%
For group bookings, we reserve the right to apply deviating or additional cancellation terms. In particular, partial cancellations of individual participants within a group booking may result in additional charges or adjusted cancellation rates.
The customer retains the right to prove that no damage or a significantly lower loss has been incurred.
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel cancellation and interruption insurance.
Upon confirmation of the booking, an invoice will be issued outlining the specific payment and cancellation terms applicable to the respective reservation.
5. No-Show & Unused Services
In the event of a no-show or if any booked services are not used, no refund shall be granted.
This applies in particular to all services included in the package, such as accommodation, golf tee times, transfers, and any other included services.
Flights and external services (in particular green fees) that are not part of the package offered by us are subject exclusively to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers. Any refunds shall be made solely in accordance with those terms; we assume no liability or responsibility in this regard.
Once travel services have commenced, no refund shall be made for any unused portion of the package.
6. Golf Tee Times
Golf tee times are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective golf courses in the Belek region.
Ace Golf Travel acts as an organizer and intermediary in securing tee times and will make all reasonable efforts to confirm the requested tee times.
Minor adjustments to tee times may occur due to operational requirements of the golf courses.
7. Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is provided according to the category confirmed in the booking confirmation.
Any issues with accommodation must be reported immediately to Ace Golf Travel during the stay so that appropriate assistance can be provided.
8. Liability
Ace Golf Travel organizes travel services including hotel accommodation, golf tee times and transfers.
The company shall not be liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, golf course maintenance, flight delays, airline disruptions or force majeure.
9. Evidence of Service Delivery
Ace Golf Travel may rely on operational documentation such as hotel check-in records, golf course tee time confirmations, transfer schedules or similar records as evidence that the booked services have been provided.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Turkey.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall be Antalya, Turkey.
11-Prepaid Golf Services Clause
Golf tee times, hotel rooms and transfer services booked by Ace Golf Travel are reserved and prepaid with the respective service providers in advance.
By confirming the booking and completing the payment, the customer acknowledges that these services are secured and cannot be resold once confirmed.
The reservation of these services constitutes fulfillment of the contractual obligation by Ace Golf Travel.
Failure to use the booked services does not entitle the customer to a refund.
